We had a really big scare with Olaf recently. We are opening up about it.

3 months ago, a massive fur farm in Iowa was bought out and shut down by Save A Fox Corporation. This may be the largest fur farm buyout in the US. Over 500 foxes living in small wire cages, waiting to be killed for their fur, are now safe and are patiently waiting for their chance at a better life. Our sanctuary took in 3 of these foxes. This may be our craziest call yet - an escaped pet South American coatimundi ended up in somebody's yard!

We got two new babies into the sanctuary! These sweet little goats had a sad start to life after being dumped in a casino parking lot, but we will give them a permanent loving home at the sanctuary! Thank you to the Miami Dade Horse SPCA!

We welcomed a third pig to the sanctuary!

After 6 months, our outdoor aviary is finally complete! We are moving all the birds today! A huge thank you to @BirdTricks for the toys and perches for this aviary!

Harvey the prairie dog, who we rescued after he was dumped outside last year, got his very own family and a little prairie dog mansion at the sanctuary!

We responded to a 9 foot nuisance alligator call during a storm...

Here is an update on Tiki the leopard gecko and a few other rescued animals!

We responded to a post about 25+ dumped guinea pigs at a lake. Multiple rescues were involved in this case, and over 20 guinea pigs have been removed so far. This will be an ongoing effort. Thank you to everybody who responded! It is a team effort!
