I know weirdly-shaped bread with sharp angles and unpredictable curves is all the rage these days but it’s just not as good for sandwiches so don't try to get too fancy. Eat the sandwich in a ballgown.

Add a bit more oil also Add 4 cups of broth (I use broth concentrate and just add more water as needed) Feel free to over water it so it cooks down if it's not soupy enough for everything to submerge at first Start with 2 teaspoons of salt and add more as needed once you taste the whole concoction I keep forgetting to salt the chicken before searing but it wont’t matter since it’s All getting infused when we put it back in so salt the chicken before, after, no one is ever gonna notice and if they say they can they haven't double blind tested it Get the chicken back in so the broth is boiling it for at least another twenty minute or more until it’s cooked through While that chicken is in there add: 1 tablespoon or so of cumin, the greatest spice of all time 1 tablespoon of turmeric, the spice that can heal literally anything except when it doesn't Some pepper pepper pepper Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks Now that your hands have forgiven you, give them something else to be mad about and micro chop two potatoes Add one can of vegan lard By the time the potatoes are cooked it's probably done But check for WABS and adjust the salt If you're not sure about adding more salt, put aside a small bowl and sprinkle in some salt and wangjangle it. You should be able to tell from comparing if it tastes more full, or too salty If you added too much salt, fake your death If you didn't add too much salt, bask in the adulation and praise that is coming your way

Take off the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes before adding to the apples and coating them PIE CRUST Oh no...I accidentally deleted the instructions on how to make the perfect crust. You know what, just get a refrigerated crust from the store and use that instead. Put it in your 9" pie dish and do some fancy thing along the edges Add in the filling CRUMPLE TOPPING Then make the crumble topping (which came from here with the caramel idea https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cx1NHL_yGQw/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== ) In a bowl add 1 cup of oats 1 cup of flour ½ cup packed brown sugar 1 stick of butter And just mix and mash until you get a crumble Then make a pie roof with that crumble Then bake the pie for 15 minutes on 425 Then lower to 350 for another 45 minutes If it's getting too brown you can add tinfoil but I'm not sure you need to Then let the pie cool for a couple hours Then add some vanilla ice cream Then drizzle on some caramel sauce Then eat that pie that you now love because you can't detect any apple texture, or that you still hate because you don't like apple pie. It's okay either way I'm not even mad.

When you go to a restaurant and get a nice medium burger it's because the restaurant is grinding its own beef (likely) so they are 100% sure it's not contaminated. When you buy ground meat from a grocery store you have zero idea how long it's been sitting around, and you also don't know what's in it. And you definitely don't know if bacteria has started forming which is why you must cook it to 160 degrees F. Now if you grind your own meat and the cut you got is fresh you don't have this issue. But if you go to a butcher you can talk to them and then can tell you how recently it was ground and whether or not it is safe to cook less than 160 degrees. Is there still some risk? Sure. But your local butcher is going to have wayyyy better, fresher ground beef than the grocery store and they should be happy to tell you about it. You also definitely want at least 20% fat in your beef if you want your burger juicy. Now I'm not telling you to cook your burger medium. But if you're someone who's gonna do that, definitely do not do that with grocery store ground beef. Go talk to your local butcher. Oh whoops I forgot to insert a bunch of jokes in the description help something must be wrong with me. Oh also: YSAC's Spicy Relish ™©

Okay but for real, there is a method to this flat burrito madness. You have some kind of protein: chicken, crispy chicken, beef, pork. In addition to the onions and garlic I put in some smoked paprika and cumin into the beef along with salt and pepper. Salt is absolutely essential, and I highly recommend adding other spices. There are a variety of veggies you can put in including tomatoes, fried onions, mystery green peppers, cabbage. Sauces are key...in addition to some kind of cheese sauce (usually), spicy mayo or Algerian sauce is very popular. Then often some more shredded cheese to melt. And French fries. Then you get a gigantic flour tortilla and wrap it up and grill it. I'm not sure if there's a specific order to all of this. But I do know that you make it first, and then you eat it.

I started using chicken thighs but switched to breasts to make it thicker You can pound or slice the breasts do your desired thickness This recipe is good for around 4 burgers, or two breasts divided/pounded and cut, or 4 thighs probably THE BRINE 1 cup buttermilk 2 teaspoons salt You can add spices but I'm pretty convinced they're not gonna soak in Wangjangle that salt until dissolved then put your chicken in the brine for at least a couple but ideally 6 hours in the fridge in an above ground pool or IV bag Oh by the way that's the chicken I mentioned above that you're putting in THE SLAW Shred or chop some cabbage and carrots. Like a cup of each On part mayo, one part sour cream, one part red wine vinegar or another one for the dressing Some pepper pepper pepper. Did I even put that in the video? I think I just remembered that I forgot. THE DREDGE 1.5 cups flour 2 tablespoons of corn starch 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons garlic powder A whole bunch of chipotle powder or a non dangerous amount of cayenne or literally whatever else you want to flavor it with Once the chicken has had it's bath, drop some drops off the chicken into the dredge to create little powdery globules to add more texture to the chicken, then mash the chicken in there, cover it up, flip it around or whatever Heat your oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you don't have a fryer, or an oil/candy thermometer, order takeout. Never let your oil temperature get out of control because it will light on fire and you will panic How to dep fry safely: https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/how-deep-fry-safely Fry for a few minutes until your chicken is cooked. You can go until 165 degrees but if the chicken gets up to 155 degrees and stays there at least a minute it's also safe Then assemble the sandwich by putting the separate parts together until it appears to be a singular object.

As for the cheese sauce okay real quick... 1 tablespoon butter heated up medium low Wangjangle in 1 tablespoon of flour until you have your roux (pronounced rouwks) Slowly whiskjangle in a cup of milk as it clumps and you freak out then it turns smooth and you feel better Take it off the heat and add in a cup of dismantled cheddar add in a bit of garlic powder and some freeze dried chives If you feel like it but you don't have to It will thicken as it cools so don't cook it down too much. Just the perfect amount

I added it just after the noodles finished cooking so that the sauce would be hotter going in Boil 200 grams/7 ounces noodles. I used a bit less because I like my noodles drowning in sauce. That's also the reason I used more of all the other ingredients. Then combinate those things and then also eat them.

Chocolate covered ice cream bars are similar to gold bars, except they are made of different materials. The materials are ice cream and chocolate, as opposed to gold. http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin Book http://yousuckatcooking.com Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY Recipe Like most ice cream bar recipes, we're taking two well known recipes and combinating them: no churn ice cream, and home made magic shell, both of which have been around since the dawn of time. The Ice Cream 2 cups of heavy cream or whipping cream Whip it or don't whip it 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (small can, 300-400ml/14oz) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Combine those things together. A lot of recipes say you should mix the vanilla with the condensed milk first but I'm skeptical that it makes a difference. Even more skeptical as I am of Sasquatch because I'm not skeptical of Sasquatch at all because they're real. So pour your non-iced cream into ice cream moulds and freeze them overnight. Don't dick around and try to freeze them for just a few hours. You need the ice cream to be mega cold for this to work. Magic Shell Melt two bags of chocolate chips or another kind of chocolate Add 1 or 2 tablespoon of coconut oil but don't over do it Melt that stuff in a double boiler then wait for it to cool all the way down I'm gonna be honest with you...even as I thought I got the hang of this I was still messing it up when I was trying to make more. The weird thing was the first couple came out fine then the one after that slipped off. WHY? I don't know. But one thing I know is you gotta refreeze those bars after you take them out if there is any meltitude on the outside. If you have molds that let you pull them out without them melting, then congratulations. But yeah, if you figure out which chocolate works best lemme know. Anyway, cold ice cream, not hot chocolate, give it a dip, let a lot of the chocolate drip off, then hold it in the hair until it sets before you lay it back in a container for freezing. I could have gotten into all these details in the video but, you know, I got distracted. Emma explains it better and I got the no-whipping tip from her: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Es1XDaX0n3g

Tap out the excess flour but not during a wrestling match, at least not one where there's a lot of money on the line. Spoon the chocolate sauce into the ramekins Go back in time again and preheat the undoh to 425undo Put the ramekins on a baking sheet then slide them in the oven for ten minutes. Make sure to close the oven door after you slide them in, otherwise the oven won't be as hot. Take the lava cakes out of the oven and let them cool for a minute then flip onto a plate. Once again, use volcano gloves. Slide the ramekin off and then enjoy that cake. Don't wait or the lava will harden. But blow on it because it's hot. Always exercise caution around geology.

Pour that gloop into your pan Oh go back in time and preheat your undoh to 350 Bake the cake for 45 minutes and check it. Some recipes call for up to 90 minutes which just sounds crazy to me. But just cook it until a toothpick comes out without any cake guts sticking to it Let it cool for ten to fifteen minutes before removing from the pan to cool completely Frosting ½ brick 4oz 125ml softened cream cheese 1 cup icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch salt Electric wangjangle the cream cheese and slowly add the ice sugar, vanilla and salt until it's frosting. Add a bit of pasta water to the egg and cheese mixture until it's a nice smooth sauce Take your spaghetti straight from the bucket into the bacon pan and Wangjangle Add in the sauce and keep Wangjangling, then add some spaghetti water with your pan on low and continue Wangjangling until it's creamy but thickens Hide somewhere and break one piece of spaghetti in half to feel like a badass Once the sauce is how you like it, eat it immediately. You can also cover with a damp cloth, you're just keeping it from drying out. You can also just hot box a small room with a humidifier for all I care. Cut your dough in half unless you want to make a thick crusted pizza in a 12 inch pan or a bigger one on a cookie sheet Grease up your pan and spread out the dough with your fingers. Spread further than you want to compensate for contractions. If the contractions get too intense immediately give your dough a pregnancy test Put your pan on medium low and when the dough starts to bubble a bit add the sauce, cheese, and toppings. Congratulations, you're at the point of no return. Undoh's on 425 (fourtwentyfundoh). Throw the pizza in for 10-14 minutes. Don't literally throw it as that will create a mess. Keep an eye on it. After you take it out you can cook the bottom more if you don't think it's done enough. After you've taken it out REMIND YOURSELF NOT TO GRAB THE HANDLE OF YOUR PAN. It seems obvious but it's so easy to forget. Either turn the handle toward the back of your stovetop or put your glove on it as a reminder. Burnt hands do not feel good. AND NOW WAIT!! Here's the thing. When you order pizza delivery it's been cooling down in the box for a while. The pizza coming out of the onion is super fucking hot. Don't eat it right away. Practice some restraint for once in your life. Leave it for a good ten minutes to avoid burning the roof of your mouth. Clean the kitchen or something. Just don't eat that pizza or you will be in a world of pain. I know from experience because I'm a dumbass.

Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin http://yousuckatcooking.com RECIPE ¾ cup milk Heat it until it's between 105 to 115 degrees F. Don't be a maverick and make it 116. 2.5 teaspoons of instant yeast added to the milk 1 teaspoon of sugar added to the milk And rustle that around a bit, also known as agitation Wait around ten minutes for the yeast to foam up like a mad dog. If it doesn't foam your yeast is dead, just like your bedroom during the pandemic 2 tablespoons of just melted butter - add that in ¼ cup of sugar - add that in and wangjangle 1 large egg - warm it up in some water then crack it in and wangjangle 2.5 cups of flour - put it in a medium or large bowl 1 teaspoon salt - add that in and sift together Now you're going to add the dry stuff to the wet stuff. Move the wet stuff to a bigger bowl of necessary. Add small bits of flower and wangjangle until your whisk can no longer handle it, then use something more stiff. Eventually you'll have a gloopy ball of dough and then you can get enough flour in there so it's not too sticky and transfer it to a surface with some more flour. Keep adding flour until you have a nice ball of dough that's not extremely dry but also not sticky. I used a bit less than the amount of flour I mentioned, but feel it out. Knead that for 8 to ten minutes, and drop a few elbows and take out some of that pent up aggression, and pretend you're in a 'practical movement' class. Now put some oil or slippery chemical spray in a bowl and add the dough ball and put some of oil/spray on top, cover with cling wrap or a damp cloth and let it expand for an hour Roll it out into a big rectangle that's around ¼ inch thick, I went a bit thinner Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of cinnamon glue, aka softened butter, across the surface FILLING 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon ⅔ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Mix those together in a bowl, then sprinkle and smoothen all over the dough with your steam roller Roll the dough toward you until you struggle with your emotions then feel free to push it away from you Slice up the dough into 10 to 12 rolls using a wicked shawp knife or dental floss Spray a pan or put down some parchment paper (you can glue it with oil so it sticks) and place the rolls inside with a bit of space but not too much. I put too much space between mine...then should end up touching to help lock the moisture between them. Cover with cling wrap and let them expand for an hour to an hour and a half. Baste with some more butter as though you an artist who's work only becomes known when your brother's wife spends years curating exhibitions of your work after your death. Undoh's on 350 and they can go in for 20 minutes or maybe a bit less...I felt those were a bit overcooked. Keep an eye on it and take them out when you think they're done and about as soft or firm as you like FROSTING ¾ cup cream choose at room temp 4 tablespoons butter 1.5 cups of powdered sugar Mix the cream cheese and butter together first and then wangjanlge in the powdered sugar a bit at a time Oh yeah, then add a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract if you feel like it. Or don't. Okay it's time for me to sleep now. Good night everybody. I hope today is a good one for you.

When I first had scrambled eggs with ricotta and chives at a local restaurant I thought I had died and gone to egg heaven! The taste was so perfect, but the texture was just divine. I knew I had to come up with my own recipe to recreate this scrambled egg masterpiece. These eggs reminded me so much of being in France. And if there’s one thing the French know, it’s how to make eggs; trust me on this one! When I went to purchase the eggs to make this recipe they didn’t have the organic eggs I normally buy. I thought about getting the free range eggs but they’re honestly just not the same. A lot of marketing goes into those egg labels but everyone knows that organic is always best. I ended up walking 7 minutes to another store to find the organic ones, and boy was it well worth it. Plus I burned of some extra calories which really revved up my appetite! I harvested the chives from a friends herb garden. I’m sure going to owe her one! I guess I’m gonna have to make her one of those mimosas ;) Alright, well let’s get to it. The recipe: 3 organic eggs Fresh chives Fresh ricotta cheese Salted organic butter Salt and pepper to taste Finely chop the chives until you have around a tablespoon or so. Remember this doesn’t have to be perfect! I end up putting in a different amount every time. Crack three eggs into a bowl and whisk. Feel free to add in some salt and don’t let anyone tell you it makes the eggs tough or watery! Salt breaks down protein and if anything it will make them just slightly more tender. Heat your pan to medium low. Be patient with this. Add in some butter (not too much!) then pour in your eggs. Scrape the bottom of the pan with your silicone spatula until the eggs are almost set, just a bit undercooked. Stir in two tablespoons or so of fresh ricotta cheese, and remove the pan from the heat. Spoon the eggs onto some delicious whole grain toast and serve with fruit of choice. The contract in texture between the crunch toast and the soft eggs is to die for. Now that’s what I call perfect scrambled eggs :) Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin

Thank you to Bushmills Whiskey for sponsoring this video http://www.inflcr.co/SH6HK Deep fried onion rings are one of the best edible hoops in existence. Onion rings are far better than apple rings, carrot rings, and also rings. Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin http://yousuckatcooking.com Before we get into the recipe, let's talk safety. A hot pot full of oil is super dangerous. You can deep fry safely but you have to know what you're doing. The first time I tried it, I was dipping my meat thermometer in the oil to keep track of the temperature. This was colossally stupid. You need a dedicated thermometer on your pot so you can watch constantly and so you won't drop it inside. Better yet, a dedicated deep fryer is really the way to go, and you can just read the instruction manual. Long story short, if your oil temperature gets out of control a fire can start, and you can't put it out with water, you either have to smother it or use a fire extinguisher. Also, the oil takes FOREVER to cool down, so many sure anyone in your house knows not to touch it when you're done using it. It also takes FOREVER to heat up so it's super tempting to turn up the temperature, which is a mistake (on my stovetop, 350 F was just below the number 4. Anyway, read this guide if you think you actually want to try deep frying, and then just order onion rings from the bar instead. Deep Fry Safety https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/how-deep-fry-safely Recipe Slice some onions and make rings Remove tape Yeah basically take any onion you like Add ¾ cup of flour and ¼ cup corn starch to a bowl Then add spices; cayenne, chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, whatever. Let's say around a tablespoon total Add around a cup of soda water, more or less, depending on how buck wild you've gone with the spices. One description I read about the thickness is that it should be like thick paint. Heat 3 or so inches of peanut oil to 350 degrees F in a tall sturdy pot (not non stick) Preferably on your back burner so it won't get knocked. If your vessel has handles, make sure they are not sticking out I see a lot of people use their fingers to put things into the oil. I don't like this method because that's too close for comfort. The spider strainer, in my opinion, is the best way to go. The chance of dropping something in the oil is very minimal. If you're going to use tongs, grip tightly, and I don't recommend silicon tipped tongs because they are slippery. You REALLY DON'T WANT TO CAUSE AN OIIL SPLASH So use your spider strainer to lower an undoh ring into the oil After a minute or a minute and a half, flip it, then take it out after another minute. Just trust your eyes in terms of how cooked you want it I highly recommend setting a timer each time you put a batch in as it's easy to get distracted for one minute and you really have to have your head in the game for as long as you are deep frying Place onion rings on a wire rack with paper towels underneath. If you don't have a wire rack you can place them on paper towels on a plate or in a bowl When you're all done, move that oil to the back burner if it's not already there (very, very carefully, using oven mitts), and make sure everyone knows not to touch it for a couple hours. Keep your thermometer in there so you know when it's completely cooled Then you can either save it or dispose of it. Here's a helpful guide on how to dispose of the oil...long story short, it will end up in the trash, not the sink or toilet https://www.thespruceeats.com/how-do-i-dispose-of-used-cooking-oil-908995 Thanks! I hope you order onion rings from the bar.

Fettuccine Alfredo, as invented by Alfred Di Lelio in 1908, consists of pasta, butter, and parmesan. While it's said he made it for his wife who wasn't eating after giving birth, the truth is more likely that Mr. Alfredo had a cheese and butter addiction. While we may never know the ugly truth, we can continue to enjoy this delicious pasta dish one deadly bite at a time. It's WAY above your pay grade.

I did one where all I added was maple syrup and that was interesting although you can barely taste the maple over the powdered sugar, but what I learned from this is holy cow does corn syrup ever taste good. As an adult I've been in this mentality that corn syrup is the worst and why would you ever eat that and I tasted it for the first time in years and it was like eating caramel for the first time. I think I chugged that stuff when I was a kid and wanted candy because it's liquid candy. Anyway, what I'm saying is I recommend corn syrup. Even though it comes from corn, which is not recommended.

French toast is one of the most popular things to eat in France, in some people's minds I'm pretty sure. You do. So throw that bread around the apartment. Jesus what happened to you.

Combining beans and rice is an idea I came up with one time when I was trying to think of something cool and original to do with food. I took the beans and the rice and then I combined them with some spice and it turned out good. Buffalo Cauliflower, also known as Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, is based on Buffalo Wings, which are Chicken Wings in Hot Sauce. Who knew that combining food with hot sauce would taste good? Nobody did. http://yousuckatcooking.com Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin RECIPE •. To make this Buffalo Cauliflower, you can start with a small or medium sized cauliflower. Rip it apart while making loud grunting sounds. •. Combine two tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of water, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, and some salt in a bowl and wangjangle it until there's no need for further wangjangling because you did a good job. •. Combine the pre-buffalish elixir to the cauliflower in a bigger bowl and gallop around the house. Alternatively, you could have made the elixir in that big bowl to begin with. Now you're thinking Throw that cauliflower onto a parchment papered pan and bake it at 450 for 15 minutes. • Meanwhile, make the Buffalo sauce: two tablespoons of melted butter and ½ cup of pepper sauce. • Take that cauliflower out of the oven (unless you have an Automated Oven Sauce Dispenser), and put that sauce on the cauliflower in one way or another. You can brush it, spoon it, slather it, or whatever you want. •. Bake it for another 8 minutes or until it's the texture you like. A bit less for more of the natural cauliflower crunch, a bit more to make it soggier. The choice is yours, even if you make a bad one.

Chili. It's delicious. Especially when you learn to make this simple recipe yourself. Or when you manipulate a friend to make beef chili for you. Also, beans. Who knew some people feel so strongly about beans in beef chili. I did. I feel strongly that I like chili with or without beans. The Book of Babish https://www.bingingwithbabish.com/cookbook YSAC Book: http://yousuckatcooking.com Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin Alright to make this chili do something like this: Brown around two pounds of beef by putting your skillet on medium high with a teaspoon of oil which you may not need if you beef is more fatty. Break it up in the pan then let it sit until a crust starts to form, then flip and do the same thing again Dice a large onion and chop it up Do the same with three cloves of garlic Heat your chili pot on medium with some olive oil then sauté the onion until it starts to brown Throw the garlic in during the last couple of minutes Then add the beef with a teaspoon of salt and break it up more Add in 28oz/790g crushed tomatoes 2 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon cumin 1 to 1.5 cups beef broth…adjust as necessary ½ tablespoon of brown sugar 15.5oz/439g chatty bastard kidney beans Then add hot sauce or more spice as desired. Then add toppings, which don’t count as chili ingredients, because they are on top, not inside. They’re not really a part of the chili. The chili is it’s own thing. It’s like calling ketchup a hot dog. Ketchup isn’t a hot dog. It’s ketchup. It has it’s own life. Don’t argue with me here. It will get you nowhere and it will just waste both of our times. Especially if you’re right.

Guacamole is an avocado's highest honor. Every avocado grows up wishing they could become this transcendent, authentic guacamole. Although authentic is a relative term because it's made differently in different parts of Mexico, let alone different countries, let alone different planets. http://www.yousuckatcooking.com http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin http://facebook.com/yousuckatcooking How to Make This Guacamole Step 1: Watch the video Step 2: Follow the instructions Step 3: Check the description for the recipe Step 4: Take 3 avocados and do that stuff to them. Step 5: Add in ¾ teaspoon of salt if they're large, ½ teaspoon if they're small, if you're unsure start with a bit and add more later Step 6: Throw the cilantro in the trash if you have that genetic defect, otherwise, chop up a handful and throw it in the bowl with the avocado and squeeze a couple lime wedges in then chop up a deseeded tomato and add that in and around ⅓ to ½ cup finely chopped onion and then some jalapeño, don't be a baby, you love jalapeño but don't overdo it or you'll cry like a baby and it will also hurt on the way out. Step 7: Get some tortilla chips or eat it with a spoon. Step 8: Smash the subscribe button and also follow me on Instagram because I do different stuff there sometimes. Step 9: You've worked hard, take a nap why don't you.

Special breakfast is a breakfast bagel which can be eaten at any meal, including breakfast. Toasted bagels with cream cheese, avocado, salsa, salt and pepper taste delicious, and this video will teach you how to make them, especially if you didn't just read this sentence. !The YSAC Cook Book was selected as one of Amazon's Best Cook Books of 2019! -------) http://hyperurl.co/yousuckatcooking Thank you for subscribing: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin http://facebook.com/yousuckatcooking When you eat bread, you rarely go for the crust pieces, right? Unless you're one of THOSE people. And those people deserve respect. But most of us are like nawww no thanks, I'll take a middle slice because it's better. So why do we settle for only crust pieces with bagels? We don't have to. Not anymore. Well, at least not more than 2/3rd of the time if you're talking about a bagel of regular thickness. Every third slice can be something much more special. Or maybe you won't like it. I already built it up too much. No, I didn't. Special breakfast is simple and delicious. There's no sense writing about it. It's meant to be tasted, not read about. Unless one day I write Special Breakfast, The Novel, Based on the Movie. But that's gonna take some time. So in the meanwhile, I recommend one of those Ken Burns documentaries.

There are many ways to make garlic bread, including easy garlic bread and difficult garlic bread. Fortunately, none of these garlic breads are particularly difficult and all of them are fairly delicious. That's because of the garlic and the bread. I highly recommend not using salted butter for the first one since you’re adding more salt. With the basil and parmesan one, just add whatever amount you think will taste good. You can also add parmesan after you bake the garlic bread. You can basically do whatever tf you want. That’s how this all works. Also, I like using the fork-scrape method to determine doneness because if it gets too browned it can get dry, and I think there's this sweet spot where it's just slightly crusty but there's still some melted butter moisture inside. MMMMMMMMMM MELTED BUTTER MOISTURE. Okay see you later.

Bake in the undoh at 425 for 20 minutes then wrassle it up. If you used the frozen stuff, use your wangjangler to break up the bigger pieces now. Bake it up to another 20 but keep an eye on it. Once it’s brown enough for you, take it out. The frozen stuff may take a bit longer Heat the milk on medium and whisk in the flour Add in the chives, Sriracha, salt and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat then add in the cheese and wangjangle until smooth Then either plate and drizzle or give the cauliflower a ride down the Parchment Paper Express™ and combine Then eat it and realize it’s better than mac and cheese. It just is. It really, truly is. If you disagree, keep making it and eating it until you change your mind.

I just didn't feel like dicing an onion when someone had already diced the chilli powder and cumin for me. Oh right, cook it for 30 to 40 minutes ish. After you put that foil on top. Then take off that foil and cook it for another ten a bit higher if you want to really melt and/or slightly brown that cheese. The history of Ireland is a long and storied one, and one I know next to nothing about. The history of St. Patrick is a short one, relative to the length of the history of the world. The current St. Patrick's day celebrating has little or nothing to do with the actual St. Patrick, and that's the way we like it. http://instagram.com/yousuckatcooking https://twitter.com/yousuckatcookin The first step to making green beer is to add a few drops of food coloring, then add beer. When selecting a glass to drink it out of, make sure it's transparent, that way you are able to see the green part of the beer not only from the top or from within the stomach, but also from the side while drinking beer. While pouring the beer, making sure not to pour it from a great height. This will decrease the amount of bubbles that end up in the beer when you are drinking it, and therefor the the enjoyment. If you were aware of the lengths that the manufacturers went to in order to get bubbles inside of that beer in the first place, you wouldn't even drink it at all. While drinking the beer, make sure you don't allow the beer to come into contact with anything that could get stained, such as your clothes, dog, or mouth. If you swallow quickly enough you can keep your mouth from turning green permanently. If you dislike drinking beverages that are colored green but want to get into the festive spirit, simply tape green construction paper around your drinking vessel, and dye your beer purple instead.

It has become synonymous in America for all instant noodle products.[2]” If you've never had actual ramen from a Japanese restaurant, put that at the top of your food-related to do list. Actually go right now. I don’t care if you’re at work, just go. Recipes: Checking for WABS is mostly necessary with the cheap North American packets (as far as I know). If you get Asian versions of instant ramen there are a LOT of great ones with tons of flavor, sauces, dehydrated vegetables. Also the ones served in cup seems to be more deluxe. Recipe #1: Broth of choice, Scallions and eggs. I tend to cook my egg most of the way through but you do you, boo. Recipe #2: Veggie or chicken broth, Scallions, peanut butter, chopped broccoli. This is my favorite. A simpler version of my spicy peanut butter soup video. Recipe #3: No broth, Bacon, butter, parmesan. For when you're feeling filthy and want to compound it. Recipe #4: Veggie or chicken broth, Indian curry paste and chic peas. There are a lot of veggies that would work well in this. There are also a ton of Indian curry pastes but I haven't met one I didn't like. Recipe #5 Beef broth, spinach, sliced steak. Slice the steak as thinly as possible. I was looking for flank steak, ended up using top sirloin, you could also use hanger steak or skirt steak...there is a lot of opinions on steak cuts but I'm already out of my comfort zone. Just in life in general. If you've read this far, congratulations, I'm giving away a prize to the few that get this far. The prize is the gift of reading my random ramblings for the next couple of minutes. Do you ever find yourself sitting around, living life, then suddenly you’re all WTF? I mean W IN T ACTUAL F. In an existential kind of way. Honestly the weight of actually existing, even when things are going great, is sometimes just super overwhelming. I'm not sure it's really fathomable. I mean if we think about the beginning of the universe and try to imagine the nothing that it came from, it's gotta be a trick. Like there can't have ever been nothing. But if there can't have ever been nothing then…this is the point at which I've actually gone mad. Help. My brain is trying to stretch in a way it wasn't built for. My brain isn't Simone Biles, you know? And you shouldn't expect it to be. It has limits. But is that just the ceiling of my own confidence? The real problem here is that I said you won a prize, and usually prizes are supposed to be something good where you feel, "yeah, I totally just won a prize, man, I love prizes.” But just look at this. I'm not even sorry. It's possible I was up late last night.

They'll also be more yellow. Barely mix the dough, don't overwerk it Put the dough on a floured surface and form it into some kind of rectangular shape Cut it in half. Then in half. Then in half. Then in half. Separate the pieces on a parchment papered pan. They are going to expand, just like the universe. Checkmate atheists. Bake them for around 20-24 minutes on 4 hundo. Nobody has time for that and they’re like a buck or two Take a 13.5oz/398ml can of pure pumpkin. Not “pumpkin pie filling.” Don’t be an animal But that in a bowl. It’s gonna be thick. Be prepared for that Add two eggs Add 3/4 cup of sugar Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 1/4 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice (or if you’re a real hot shot, use 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp cloves) Wangjangle that together until it’s smooth. Slowly add in 1 1/2 cups of 10% cream Doubt yourself because something this liquidy could never be a pie. Put it the undo on 425undo for 15 minutes. Reduce it to 350. Now here’s where you’re gonna have to make a judgment call. Bake for 30 minutes but test the wobble. The wobble tells you everything. When the wobble is gone, the pie is ready. A deep dish crust could take an hour. There’s quite a range you can cook it in where it will still turn out great. Take it out and leave it for at least an hour, and admire the process of turning a liquid into a solid. Whip cream that son of a bitch into tomorrow.

Bake in in the oven for a couple minutes until it starts to bubble but not for too long. Here's how it goes. On a sheet of tinfoil, place: Pulled turkey, sliced mashed potatoes, gravy, hot sauce, stuffing, shredded cheese. Put the ingredients in the onion on 250 or 300 until the cheese is really melted and everything is hot. Toast some bread, put mayo on the bottom, sour cream on the top (if you don't like one of those, put both on top or bottom, or use something else...but get some moisture in there so it's not dry). Slide the hot ingredients onto the bread. Add a layer of cranberry sauce and sliced dill pickles. Salt and pepper. Put the top slice of bread on, then cut it. It should be almost as structurally sound as a building, but don't build a building out of Turkey Sandwiches of Justice because some jackass will call you out on not being up to code, even though it's perfectly safe.

Ask for Stewing Beef. It's going to break down from being cooked for a long time so it doesn't matter if it's tough. Sear with nothing or just a little bit of oil. You can cook the hell out of it, until it's kinda burnt. I messed this up by adding broth which kept it from searing. A lot of people pat the meat down to make it as dry as possible first. When I make this again I am going to use veggie broth. To me it's fuller flavored than beef broth. I might use cubes and make it slightly stronger. So cut the beef up, sear it, then put it in a pot with your broth and start cooking it low and slow. The beef takes longer and if you put in everything together the veggies will fall apart. Feel free to give this an hour head start. Saute your onions, brown them for flavor, then throw them in. Chop up your potatoes and carrots and throw them in. Seasoning: I would have started this whole thing with garlic. Really helps to fill out the flavor. I would press a couple cloves in. Salt and pepper. a squirt of dijon. A pinch of chilis for some bite. And a couple herbs don't hurt (thyme and oregano). Basically keep adjusting but also give it time to cook through. This took a bunch of fiddling as I went but it turned out really good.

So either bake it first and scoop it out, or cube it. Throw squash, garlic, salt, pepper, broth, curry into a blender and blend. Then cook it. Don't taste it until it's cooked! Then taste it and modify. Baked squash 1: cube squash, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper pepper pepper, and sage leaves. Bake for around an hour. Baked squash 2: halve squash, spread butter over it, put on some salt, and sprinkle some brown sugar or maple syrup. Bake this for over an hour probably, depending on the size of the squash. But actually just make the other one, or cube it because it comes out better that way. Baked squash 3: throw squash into a volcano, whole. Retrieve squash 0.3 seconds later. Enjoy.

Freeze them overnight, or for at least a few hours, the texture depends on total frozenaciousness. In a food processor or blender, throw in, for example, two bananas, half a cup of soy or almond milk (or other milk), a tablespoon of coco powder, half a teaspoon or so of vanilla extract. Just add more of anything if the texture isn't as thick or thin as you want. Then eat it. LYRICS First off I wanna talk about the word cream You gotta not be taking it so literally, I should probably put the cream in quotations. But when you shove your face in There will be no indication It's an imitation of sorts. Bring you back to the summer time wearing shorts. Good times laughing, face splattered, smashing back and packing down a triple chocolate caramel Way back before the calories mattered If I were you I wouldn’t be convinced, But let me tell you’ll convert into believers after one lick, There isn’t gonna be a chance for it to drip, You’ll be shattering your tongue on a head freeze brain trip. 4 ingredient ice cream let’s get started. Thumb and index, at the vertex. Grab a little hammer and make sure to test the reflex. You gotta be confident your banana is dead, You’re not wanting the consequence of it screaming when it’s blen-dead Time to locate the stem, okay. If you can’t exactly narrow it down it’s time to rotate a pinch above the shaft just a little ways, from the end, 3 inches from the back of the middle bend, open it. Chopping into inches, once slice at a time, If you’re a dude 1 inch in real life is 3 inches in your mind, In a container that's rigid enough for frigid temperatures of, Drop it down so low they might not ever get up. What’s going through your mind, banana. You’ve been warm all of your life. And now you’re so damn cold. cold. cold. cold. Is your world falling apart, well I just don’t know You’ll be needing to be keeping ‘em until they’re freezing. Until you can’t even be squeezing them a cold breeze leaving em, They’ll shatter if you hit ‘em with a ratchet or hammer, They’ll make a nice hard sound that’s really pleasing. Gather your supplies and circle them around you like their wagons You don’t wanna be knee deep missing something end up lagging. Coco powder, with a little vanilla, then a little soy or almond milk, grab a blender and fill it up Delicious dish Getting ready to mix. Try to churn with a fork, make you wish you had a Vitamix. Gotta be on a bender to think that you can do better you’re gonna need some kinda modern mechanical blender Now gettit in there and mix. And once you got it mixed ‘en that’s it. (do dark and pause). I’m not even kidding that’s it. Vanilla bananas and milk and coco and mix and that’s it. Get a cup and serve it up impossible to fuck it up. You don’t have a mind, banana. You’ve been unconscious all of your life. And now you’re ice cream. What does that mean? Life’s a mystery. You don’t have a mind but at least you're real tasty.

This lentil recipe will have you saying "wow that was so easy" unless you don't have the ingredients, in which case it will have you saying "this is actually impossible". It's a fine line between the easiest thing ever, and something you will never be able to do no matter how hard you try. But don't let that stop you from trying. Wash our hands off and then dry em with a towel then we'll dip em back in water and them coat em with flower Take a potato make sure it's not a tomato Then confirm it's full of love cause you should never be cooking pohateoes. You get to chopping the potatoes are flopping and then they’re falling on the floor and so you gotta be mopping ‘em up You think you lost it so you go in the closet then you grab so me more potatoes and get ready to hop right back on it The knife’s blading the potatoes degrading, into a hundred little shavings then we gett’em all bathing. Uh huh. Don’t rush this part you wanna pull out the starch, Though I’m a little bit suspicious that this step is a farce, because I once gave ‘em a rinse and I just washed ‘em really quick And when I cooked em up and ate em well they didn’t taste harsh. So. We dry em off and then we heat up a pot, except the pot is all unnecessary because we’re not, gonna boil em in oil gonna spread ‘em out on foil, and then cook em up and eat ‘em stead of leave ‘em to rot Spray your pan but not with spray tan, if you don't put on a layer then it's just as bad as taping. ‘cause you don’t want all the fries to be there sticking when you’re trying hard to flip ‘em while you’re cooking just to gett’em into dipping: back up. Lay your fries out with some oil to make 'em wetter add some salt from the container in your bag a bitta Pepper pepper pepper. Time to wrastle 'em but don't over hassling You can take your time or you can do it turbo fastelin' You can give a spin and use your fingers or fisting And you can whip em while you’re sipping on a gin with a twisting And if you’re getting super bored with it centrifugal force it Spin around until you're dizzy and you fall on the floor, then get up. Four hundred and we’re heating up the onion. Grab the pan with you left hand open the door and then shove em, Stand by and bide your time while it starts the combustion and then collect a fist of implements stand by for the rustlin’ COME ON. Call your mom or do some origom Or clean the friggin’ counter ’til the dirt is all but gone And with a bunch of minutes passing while they're In there getting blasted heated sizzled up and fizzling then put your glove on. Know why? ‘cause it's time to take a look at the fries. Be sure to keep a healthy distance and don't burn out your eyes. Be honest 'bout the color don't be telling yourself lies 'cause if you under/over cook 'em then you'll make yourself cry, I mean. You're not probably gonna actually cry, But if you cry a little bit just make sure that you go hide, ‘cause you’ll never really be sure which emotions will be rising to the surface so just blame it on an onion and then wipe off your eyes Then get back into that kitchen like a boss, Take the pan out of the onion, salt, then give 'em a toss, You wanna mix’ em with precision causing gentle collision, Then let’s rustle up ingredients to make a thick and dippable sauce. Love curry mayo ‘cause it’s gotta lotta flavo, And it’s buoyant so if you go for a swim then it could save you, Though I really wouldn’t test it because mayo is invested, In another whole activity called being digested. So grab handful and just give ‘em a test, Then continue on assessing ’til you’ve eaten the rest, of em, Caress ‘em with affection and an unhealthy obsession, And compress em in your mouth until they fill up your chest. Because. You suck at cooking ‘cause you’re always overlooking all the steps it takes to make a things taste great and also you never cook. You suck at cooking ‘cause you never even go into the kitchen at any time of the day not even to take a look.

Subcribe to find out what really happened to John and Douglas: http://bit.ly/1HuynlY This will make you cry more than John and Douglas' deaths: http://bit.ly/1M4g9x1 In 1967, the United States government outlawed oatmeal, as one part of a 13 prong strategy to increase egg consumption.
