The best way to learn flutter: 1. Java Head First - this is to learn the basics of programming, focus on classes, methods, variables. Also Java is pretty much exactly the same as Dart which is the language used in Flutter so don't worry, if you know Java you know Dart. You can buy it here if you want: https://amzn.to/2GVAdFC 2. Setup Flutter - for this I would suggest checking out this article that I feel goes through the basics. And as a sidenote first time I tried to set this up I was completely lost so don't worry if you don't understand, just push through. https://medium.com/mobile-app-developers/how-to-setup-flutter-f70a6b21997f 3. Create your first app - this is to get yourself fmiliar with just the absolute basics of getting an app up and running. This is another great article, but skip to section 2 ("setting up ios simulator") : https://medium.com/front-end-weekly/how-to-create-your-first-ios-flutter-app-on-macos-7dfa9c3e1962 4. Build a simple todolist app - now it's time to build your first real app. "Hello world" is the classic first program to build in a language get some familiarity with the syntax. Similarly I would say that todolist apps are the hello world of apps, used to create some familiarity with how to build an app. Here is an article showing you how to do just that: https://medium.com/the-web-tub/making-a-todo-app-with-flutter-5c63dab88190 5. Parsing JSON (save stuff in your app)- This is quite a big step up from step 4, so if you are new to programming don't be discouraged if this seems difficult. This is more for once you have made a few apps and want to get into saving stuff from your app to the device. JSON is widely used format for saving and transmitting data. If you understand this then you will be able to work with API's and much more. I create a custom command that creates a folder, adds it to my desired directory, opens a web browser, navigates to GitHub, logs in to my account, creates a new repository, then adds the git remote to my local folder, adds a README file, does git add, and then does a commit called “initial commit” and then pushes this to master. How To Build Muscle Fast This is just my advice on what I believe to be the best way to build muscle as fast as possible. My recommended workout plan: 5 days per week. A split that looks like this: Day 1. Chest: Bench press Shoulder Press Incline dumbbell press (30 degrees) Tricep scull crushers with a Z bar or EZ bar or whatever you want to call it Tricep rope extensions (Could add in an extra shoulder exercise if you want) Day 2. Back: Deadlift Weighted pull ups (if you can, otherwise just bodyweight) Barbell Bent over rows Bar Curls either straight bar or Z/EZ bar Dumbbell concentration curls (Could add in a rear delt exercise if you want) Day 3. Legs: Squats Lunges (weighted if you can) Some hamstring curl Some leg extension Some calf raise And then just keep this as a rolling schedual so on day 4 you start back over with chest and so on. This could then of course also just be a three day per week workout plan if you don't have the time or feel like doing five days per week.
